Creating Globodox Filter Labels in Gmail

1. Open Gmail.

2. In the search box at the top, click the Show search options button.

3. Enter ‘GDX’ in the Subject search criteria then click the ‘Create filter’ button.

4. Check the ‘Apply label’ option then choose the ‘New label’ in the dropdown.

5. Name the label to ‘Globodox DMS Notification’ then click the Create button.

6. Finally, click the Create Filter button.

Note: When you create a filter to forward messages, only new messages with the subject GDX from the Globodox will be affected.
