Visit the Online 360 Competency Assessment Tool then login your account. For the username , use your employee ID and for the password use the default “password” (you may later change this once you logged in).
After you input the username and password Click the Login button.
You will be redirected to your dashboard once you logged in. Here, you can see all the ratees that you need to rate for the current semester and year. Click the Rate button to start the rating process.
Once you click the Rate button, you will be redirected to the online rating form where some of the textboxes in green background (i.e. Semester, Name of Rater, Position, etc.) were auto-generated by the system.
You need to select the right relationship to your ratee as this will be having an impact on the result of the ratee’s evaluation. To check the brief explanation on the different types of ratee-rater relationship, click the “i” (information) icon.
This guideline is also available in the login page. Just click on “Click me” on the left side of the login form.
Once you already set the ratee-rater relationship, you may now start providing ratings per question item.
Don’t forget to click the Submit button once you’re done answering all the question items.
You will be prompted whether the submission of the rating is successful or not. If successful, the specific ratee will disappear in your dashboard.
