Freshdesk also has a knowledgebase of the most common technical issues encountered by the staff in the PCW office. To search for a possible solution to your IT related issues/concerns, click the Solution tab then type in the search field the terms/keywords of the article you are looking for. Initially, it has topics related to paper jam, ink replacement, zoom meeting troubleshooting and others. Expect that new topic items will be added on the list especially if there’s a new technology or equipment procured by the PCW.
Also, it has an Auto-suggestion feature, a customer trying to create a new ticket from the portal can view relevant solutions, thereby saving both of your time and effort.
